AMY FRITZ
I've been an Organizing Coach for the past 13 years. I am passionate about teaching people to align their activities with their deepest values and removing the inessential.
I have a Master’s degree in Science specializing in Education. I am a LinkedIn Learning Instructor and have a course on Staying Organized While Working Remotely or On-Site. I’m also a published author.
I feel very fortunate that I live so close to the ocean in Santa Barbara and take full advantage of it. I try to swim or plunge all year round. Cold plunging is a new passion of mine. Travel is my other love and can often be found perusing travel mags or planning my next trip. My last big trip was to Sri Lanka and the Maldives and I especially love to learn about different cultures while eating my way through a city.
I help my clients looking to gain a more minimalist approach in life to distill down what is really essential. I work with leaders who have busy lives and may be feeling overwhelmed and want more time for the things and people they love. After coaching my clients say they feel more centered and grounded.

“Amy is a down to earth PRO. She had a kind yet persistent way of asking the right questions and helping me become much more effective and productive. Not only with my space, clutter, etc. but also with my habits and systems for getting things done. In just 1 session I had peace of mind and progress. By the third session she used her network to help me find an awesome assistant. If you want to make progress, get more things done with less effort, I highly recommend you work with Amy!”
